    Mrs. Nelson Paul received word last Saturday, June 13, of the death of her only brother, Mitchell Gilliam of Baker. He passed away in the Veteran's hospital in Boise, Idaho, after a short illness. He was an officer of the Shrine and a member of the Eastern Star. He is survived by five sisters, including Mrs. Nelson Paul of Tillamook. Mr. Gilliam often visited here and enjoyed fishing in this area where he had made many friends who will regret to learn of his death. Mr. and Mrs. Paul left for Baker on Monday to attend the funeral services and will return home this week end. on Thursday, 18 June 1959 Tillamook, Tillamook County, Oregon.

    She lived in Tillamook for 28 years, from 1923 to 1951.
    Mrs. Paul is survived by her son, Gerald Frank Paul of Bend; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson.
    Internment was at Sunset Hills Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, St. John's Ward.
    Hustad Funeral Home in Portland was in charge of arrangements. on Wednesday, 2 March 1994 Tillamook, Tillamook County, Oregon.
