    RICE, Mark — "Enjoy Life!" Mark was born in Roseburg, Oregon, on September 5, 1953, to Carol and Hoy Rice of Dillard, Oregon. Mark loved cars, especially his red 1995 Mustang! From building various recreational vehicles, racing, cruising the sand dunes, skiing, to enthusiasm for sports events, playing practical jokes, and laughing, Mark "enjoyed life!". He lived at Curry Manor for the last two and half years. Mark went to Heaven following complications caused by Huntington's Disease. Mark passed away at a local hospital on March 24, 2005, at 9:25 p.m., at the age of 51. A memorial service will be held in Mark's honor at the Roseburg Memorial Gardens on Friday, April 1, 2005, at 2 p.m. All that knew Mark are invited to attend this celebration service. Pastor Joseph Mataya will lead the memorial service. Memorial contributions in Mark's name may be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, 140 West 22nd Street, 6th floor, New York, NY 10011-2420. Wilson’s Chapel of the Roses is in charge of arrangements.
