    Mrs. Owings was born Oct. 16, 1912, in Orofino, Idaho. Her maiden name was Reasoner. She married Harold in 1936, and they farmed for 37 years. She lived in Woodburn for 23 years.
    Survivors include her husband; sons, Joseph W. of Molalla, James E. of Hubbard and Harold M. of Woodburn; daughter, Kathleen Traeger of Mount Angel; brothers, Joe Reasoner of Milwaukie and Virgil Reasoner of Salem; sisters, Rita Vollmer and Sylvia Hallock, both of Portland; 29 grandchildren; and 48 great-grandchildren.
