Joyce was the most caring and loyal person, if she had anything to give she would always help in any way possible. She opened her home to many people over the years who wouldaffectionately call her mom. Joyce is survived by her daghter Tina t the home; son Roger (Crystal). She is also survived by sisters Donna and Judi (James); and brother William. She is also survived by grandchildren Jennifer, Tyler, Andrew and William Vetsch. Joyce had many nieces and nephews as well. She also had a very special person that was in her life for many years, and though he tried many times, was never able to quite woo her over. This gentleman was Cliff Parker. Joyce is preceded in death by her father Raymond Belieu, mother Doris Belieu, and her twin brother Dale Belieu. Joyce was a lifetime resident of Spokane. The family will have a memorial service at a later date and will notify family and friends when that will be. The family asks that donations be made to diabetes research in her memory.
