SALEM - Carolyn was born in Salem, Ore. on August 14, 1946 to Anton and Bessie Lelack. She attended St. Vincent de Paul Grade School and graduated from Sacred Heart High School. She worked for State Farm Insurance for over 20 years. She left State Farm due to complications from multiple sclerosis.
Her father preceded her in death 12 years ago. She is survived by her mother, Bessie Lelack; brother, Jerry Lelack and sister-in-law, Susan; sister, Annette and brother-in-law, Gene Horchler; five nephews; one niece; three grand- nephews; and one grand-niece.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 16 at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Interment will be at Restlawn Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Oregon Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in care of Keizer Funeral Chapel who is in charge of arrangements. Salem, Marion County, Oregon.
