Richards who executed a Warranty Deed on Dec. 29, 1891 to William Hargan on the same property which deed was recorded on Feb. 29,1 892 in Book 26 of Deeds on page 564. And also J.A. Richards who executed a Warranty Deed to J.H. Richards on June 23, 1883 for the undivided one half interest in Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Section 30 in Towship 28 South Range 6 West which deed was recorded on June 26, 1883 in Book 14 of Deeds Page 324 records of Deeds of Douglas County, Oregon.
