  Helen Adelia Rynerson of Tigard died of heart problems Thursday in her home at the age of 86. A private service will be held.
  
  She was born Sept. 10, 1906, in Wellfleet, Neb. Her maiden name was Cooper. She married Ted Powell in 1925 in Maywood, Neb., and the couple moved to the Portland area in 1942. She was a welder in the Portland shipyards during World War II and later was employed as a cafeteria worker at the shipyards.
  
  Following her divorce in 1949, she married Frank Rynerson in 1952. Mrs. Rynerson also had worked in the drug and cosmetic departments of Fred Meyer stores for a number of years. She and her husband owned and operated Frank and Helen's TV Repair in Cedar Mills until selling the business and retiring in 1972.
  
  Survivors in addition to her husband include a daughter, Donna Palmer of Hillsboro; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
  
  Private interment will be in Lincoln Memorial Park. on Wednesday, 6 January 1993 Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.
