San Lorenzo Police were looking for the son of a 48 year old woman who was found dead at her home. Karen Kent's body was discovered by her husband at about 4:15 p.m. Tuesday in her Nielson Avenue home. She had been beaten with a blunt instrument and possibly strangled, according to Alameda County Sheriff's Lt. H.D. Hoig. Authorities were searching Wednesday for 23 year old Kenneth Kent, Jr., who lived in the residence and is wanted for questioning as a possible suspect, Hoig said. Sheriff's Department officials said Kent might be armed and might have fled in a 1972 GMC pickup truck with a blue body, white hood and orange tailgate. Kent is 6-foot-1, 180 pounds with blue eyes, brown hair and a goatee. Anyone with information is asked to call Sgt.
