  I am looking for any info on the Gilliam/Gillam families of Washington, Mo. My ancestor was George GILLIAM 1819-?, of Washington County, Mo., and his son George Wilson Gilliam 1847-1924 and G.W.'s wife Anna Mathis 1879-1954. They mostly lived in Harmony Township, near Quaker, MO. I have quite a bit of info on the Gilliam/Gillams and believe they derive from a forebear named Solomon Gillam, originally from VA. by way of N.C. thru TENN. Maybe some day there could be a Gilliam forum.
