Frances Emma Harvey, lifetime resident of Coos Bay, died Wednesday at a hospital in Portland. Mrs. Harvey was born June 13, 1917 in Portland. Mrs. Harvey was a member of the Lutheran church. Before her illness she was employed as a receptionist at McAuley Hospital, Coos Bay. Surviving her are her father, Charles A. Prescott, Sr., Portland; and two brothers, Charles A. Prescott Jr., San Jose, Calif., and John A. Prescott, North Bend. A daughter, Dina Morrison, Medford, also survives, as do a grand-daughter and eight nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 11 a.m. from the North Bend Chapel of Campbell-Watkins Funeral Homes with the REv. Floyd Larson of Faith Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park. on Friday, 13 September 1963 Coos Bay, Coos County, Oregon.
