The funeral services were held in the chapel of the Lincoln Memorial Park in Portland, where he was laid to rest. L. E. Niermeyer. on Tuesday, 11 May 1943 College Place, Walla Walla County, Washington.

She married Earl W. in 1974; he died in 1998. Survivors include her stepson, Ronald W. of Aurora, and stepdaughter, Marie M. Haggenmiller of Scottsburg. Private interment was in Willamette National Cemetery. Arrangements were by Ross Hollywood Chapel.
